Deepest Bluest is a liquid love song to all of those with synesthesia, taking one of our favorite Double IPAs, Deepest Greenest, and swapping in a load of Mosaic hops into the dry-hop. A hop that undoubtedly is drenched with aromas of blue. With subtle hints of periwinkle and violet, Mosaic also adds in loads of flavors of white grapefruit, honeydew, blueberries, sauv blanc grapes, and passionfruit; on top of the already present notes of tangerines, lemon zest, pine needles, and papaya. All together, Deepest Bluest is the perfect take on a modern Fieldwork classic that will surely get Eiffel 65 stuck in your head more and more every sip.

On tap at Limewood Bar, served in a tall Pilsener glass. Deeply hazy, dark amber gold with a modest froth of white foam. Passion fruit, pine, grapefruit and resinous aroma. More tropical fruit, pine resin, lemon zest and grapes round the bold flavor. Medium body, moderate carbonation and a hint of alcoholic heat. Deep, blue and intensely hoppy IPA.
