Looks rather nice, pale yellow. Smells very bright and lively, with a lovely citrus and floral bouquet, and most definitely earthy, fragrant rice
Tastes super crisp and refreshing, with an ample bitterness, similar to a craft Pilsner. An admirable depth of rice maltiness brings some sweetness, but with floral and earthy qualities emerging naturally and harmonizing perfectly with the bitterness, in the end remaining balanced. Carbonation is quite lively, and this beer is very satisfying and easy to drink. Would go spectacularly with any Asian food, but is intriguing enough to sip on it’s own. A very worthwhile rice lager.
