Had a single can of this picked up for me this summer (2022). Cracked it open while grilling. Just added the beer to the database, and I'm also going to review it because I'm not a sociopath.
Pours a nice clear yellow, real good clarity. Its a light yellow, minimal malt impression going on here. Its a lot lighter in my front yard than it appears on their website. 1/3" white head. Kinda thin. The aroma had a light bitterness, a little bit of hay, pine. Not super aromatic to say the least. Tropical notes from Idaho 7 are overstated, but hey, these are all for profit companies, whatdyagonnado?
The taste was better, here you do get a little layer of papaya alongside some weed notes. It became a little more evolved as time went on, adding a little orange and tangerine hop note. Sturdy bitterness throughout. Easy to drink, very light body, avoids sweetness. Stays brisk. Its a pretty good beer, would bang again.
