We realize that France is more renowned for wine, cigarettes, and cheese than beer, and while we're all for a life of vices, the incredible breweries littered throughout France really tickle our fancy. Luckily, France also produces fantastic hops and malted barley for all of us to brew with, so it only made sense to put together a Pilsner using all our favorite ingredients from the land of baguettes. We crafted Greetings & Salutations to blend what we love most about France's elder statesmen of Pilsners with the more avant-garde modern Pilsners being made there nowadays. This beer exemplifies the fine ingredients put into it with a crisp and clean profile, with just a hint of maltiness, and emitting a beautiful bouquet of floral and citrus hop notes. If it were any more French, it would be wearing a striped shirt with a red beret and playing an accordion while reciting Sartre.a
