Possibly the crown jewel of hops worldwide, Riwaka has left brewers in awe of what they're capable of producing; so it only made sense for us to drop a single hop on you all. Trying to keep things extra juicy we stuck with a simple grain bill of flaked oats, naked oats, and pilsner malt; leaving this hazy with loads of body and restrained sweetness that lets the hops lead on the dance floor with punchy notes of tropical citrus fruit salad, passion fruit, asian pear, yuzu, pink grapefruit, lychee, pineapple chunks, and a resinous hit of pine.

Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours hazy golden yellow with a frothy off white head that settles to a light layer and leaves a little nice lacing.
S: Zesty citrus, a touch resinous and grassy, underlying tropical and stone fruit, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
T: Bright, zesty citrus, ripe grapefruit, and pink lemonade, and a hint of tangerine, tropical and stone fruit, passion fruit, pineapple, guava, mango, peach, and apricot, a touch of resinous pine, a bit grassy, faint Southern Hem diesel, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation, soft on the palate.
O: I always see Riwaka added into the hop combos of great beers, but rarely does it get top billing, let alone the opportunity to shine on its own. Here it takes full advantage of the opportunity and shows all the cool things it has to offer. Good stuff, and a gorgeous can.
