A classic Milk Stout with balanced roasted malt, milk sugar, and hops, offering rich flavors of dark chocolate, caramelized sugar, medium roast coffee, and hints of cigar leaf. Luxurious yet crushable, it's perfect for dark skies and cold winds.

Good stout! Not very better. A little sweet. Dark chocolate. Freshly roasted coffee chaff. Caramelized sugar. Drip coffee. Cigar leaf apparently? Milk sugars.

On tap at Fieldwork Monterey
A: Pours super dark chocolate brown with a frothy tan head that settles to a light layer and leaves a little nice lacing.
S: Roasty, soft earthy char, coffee, chocolate, dark fruit, tobacco, and a little toffee sweetness.
T: Roasted malt, mild earthy char, dark fruit, plum and cherry, smooth coffee, milk chocolate, tobacco, a hint of vanilla, and a little toffee sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation, a bit creamy
O: I generally prefer my dark beers more toasty toasty and less fruity, but I still enjoyed this one. It scratches the itch on a crisp winter day.
