Ever since we were kids we have dreamt of finding a treasure map and going on an adventure; lucky for us Hop Breeding Company did all the heavy lifting for us, mapping out the breeding lineage to deliver us one of the greatest treasures in beer; Krush hops. Often dedicated to our battalion of Westcoast IPAs, we decided to set aside a bounty of these beautiful lupulin-rich flowers for a single-hopped Hazy IPA. We kept things very simple on the malt-side of things, keeping it just Pilsner malt and oats to make sure the base is as mild as a wafer of hardtack. Layering in nothing but Krush hops Cutthroat Island sets sail with titanic notes of mango mochi, pink guava, lychee jellies, sweet orange, ripe peach, mixed summer berries, tropical fruit cocktail, citrus punch, and a hint of pine.
