Sometimes we feel compelled to bring things back to the way they used to be, Back To Normal is a return to balance: a clean malt backbone, a quick snap of bitterness, and a flavor profile that is less at home in Polynesia and more akin to a classic West Coast hoppiness with bright notes of grapefruit, stone fruit, pine, and citrus zest with just a whisper of basil and sweetgrass. The drinkability of this West Coast Pale Ale is unapologetically classic; an endangered species in the world of beer, where we put all of the gimmick on the label and none in the glass.
