We are making a promise, every year we are still around we will be doing a new X series beer until we get to the point that we have to give in and just do a really mediocre hoppy whiskey. This year we celebrate 11 years with 11x11; our 11% Triple IPA hopped with 11 different hop varieties we have grown to love over the years. We spared no expense, littering this beer with Citra, Mosaic, Galaxy, Strata, Krush, Nelson, Nectaron, Waimea, Idaho7, El Dorado, and Columbus hops. Hitting both elevens this year was easy peasy, and cranking this Triple IPA up to 11 was all in a days work.
