Olde Tyme Suds is a Classic American Pilsner similar to those made during colonial times and the pre-prohibition era. It is much bigger beer in terms of flavor and aroma compared to today’s mainstream American Pilsners. This beer has a medium to medium-high maltiness with a grainy flavor and an addition of rice to add to the roundness and impression of sweetness. Finishes with a medium hop flavor, and a rustic, floral, or herbal/spicy character. A fairly neutral Beer that does not to have an overly coarse nor harsh aftertaste.
