I agree with JamFuel that True would improve if cellared. And I agree with JamFuel that there is only a bit of apparent ABV and a nice bitterness. Despite these key agreements, I'll try to bring the ratings down to earth.
True, simply, does not Look more than slightly better than its competition. However its Smells are spectacular. As a porter, Tastes are complex and True handles the blend of "stale" and new porter pretty well. True's sweet-bitter ratio also is handled well and not easy at 11.5. In my mouth, I'd like more viscous. And by the way, True pairs great with milk chocolate (no surprise.) In all characteristics, True is an achievement.
I bought my copy at Mikkeler & Friends outlet at Copenhagen's Norreport Market. Mikkeller knows a thing or two dozen things about dark high ABVs. For them to select True as a Friend, is high praise indeed with a lot more credibility than me.
As for my micro-brew review, I'm largely going to blow it off (Yea!) While I feel obligated to learn a few apparent things about micros that bring me happiness, Nerdbrewing has made me think deep thoughts relevant to today. Nerdbrewing is a 10-year old gypsy nano. Fine. But why not get established? The founder of Nerdbrewing is a software engineer. Fine. But why does he brew? Could it be he is heart-broken about what happened to his industry? Could it be he recognized that he was just a pawn in their game of world domination, as is becoming apparent to me and others now? Could it be that the internet -- that was supposed to set us free from the domination of corporate media -- now is worse than Hitler himself because it is more subtle? I don't know the answers to these questions, but True at least made me ask them. Cheers !

On tap at the Molecule Taproom in Arlöv.
Pours jet black with fine chocolate colored head.
Smell is sweet and roasted with notes of coconut, fudge, licorice, oak and bourbon.
Taste is sweet and bit roasted with notes of chocolate cake, coconut, fudge, bourbon and oak. A bit of booze and a nice bitterness.
Mouthfeel is full, smooth ad chewy with good carbonation.
Overall, a great porter that could probably gain a bit more from storing.
