Tap room pour. Served chilled in a nonic glass.
Slightly cloudy, straw to pale gold colored body. White head stays around as an island and thin ring. Leaves behind strings and spots of lacing.
Smells of yeast esters and toasted malt.
Taste follows with earthy malts and esters of apple and pencil eraser. Ancient grain bite.
Medium mouth feel. Slightly dry finish. Good carbonation.
Earthy farmhouse ale which is good for replenishing before returning to the fields.
