Served in a tulip glass at the brewery.
Amber-orange body is pretty, moderately dark and yet transparent. A biscuity head lingers and leaves a small amount of lacing.
Smells of citrus and tropical hops and sweet malts. This has a really beautiful nose.
A surprising taste: sweet caramel malts lead the way for some crisp bittering hops. I would have expected more hops on the front-end, but am certainly not disappointed.
Body is good, but a bit smaller than you'd guess given the well-balanced flavor.
This is a really tasty beer, well worth going out of your way to try.
