Hoppy Wheat is a pale golden American Wheat brewed with 50% white wheat malt and over 2 lbs per barrel of Citra and Lemondrop hops. Bright notes of ripe tangerines, lemon zest, and grapefruit are on full display, balanced by the creaminess from the wheat. The dry, clean, crisp finish from the American ale yeast and the low bitterness keep it refreshingly light and drinkable, making it the perfect summer session beer.
