This one really surprised me!
Poured into a Trillium glass a pretty nice cloudy pale yellow color, pretty nice carbonation, with a nice thick/creamy one-finger plus white head, which leaves some pretty nice sticky lacing behind. The nose is hoppy, malty, with a pretty nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, grapefruit, mango, pineapple, papaya), pretty nice diesel like. The taste is hoppy, malty, with a very nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, grapefruit, mango, pineapple, papaya), pretty nice diesel like, Medium body, ABV is hidden very well, with a nice dry/bitter finish. Overall, a very tasty brew. Orange Julius! Addictive! Milkshake!

Poured into a chalice. Looked like a nice NEIPA: very hazy but bright yellow-golden color with a large white head. The aroma was also typical, with dominant tropical notes, pineapple, and faint pine. The first sip brought a rush of pineapple and tropical notes, but with a balanced earthy resin. Some bready malt, which largely stayed in the back. The finish was dry and the feel was thinner than I expected for an 8% NEIPA, but it was easy to drink. Carbonation was on the high side for the style but overall an enjoyable beer.

Poured from can into tulip, good 2 finger cream colored soapy head, hangs around for 5 minutes then dissipates, good lacing. Bright yellow opaque in the glass, glows. Picking up citrus and pineapple on the nose, slight underlying dankness from the Simcoe. Taste is initially citrus/pineapple, slightly sweet. Very soft, creamy mouthfeel. There is a very slight hop astringency on the finish along with a mild bitterness. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, I have had it way worse with other NEIPA where it is almost burning, but it is there at the finish, but plays well with the bitterness. I think this is up there with some of the best NEIPA's I have had. Thanks to my daughter for bringing this back from their trip up there
