With bright notes of ripe pineapple, fresh honeydew, and funky passionfruit, Bracket Buster is a Cinderella story in the making. Despite its mid-major status as a lower ABV Pale Ale, Bracket Buster can hang with the best of them thanks to the huge additions of Citra, Mosaic and Moutere hops. Speaking of Moutere, this hop varietal was passed up by nearly every other team until it found its way into Bracket Buster, and has proven to be the breakout star of this tournament, bringing huge tropical fruit character to the game. But the hops can’t carry the load alone and the 2-Row, Flaked Wheat, and Munich malts provide a soft, creamy mouthfeel and just enough support to keep the hops from losing their momentum
