For Marshmallow Medianoche (a taproom-exclusive, draft only variant) we blended some of our favorite barrels of Medianoche, aged for 13-21 months in 7-year Breckenridge bourbon barrels, then added Madagascar vanilla beans, toasted marshmallows and untoasted marshmallows.
