For version 2.0 we added Styrian Golding hops late in the boil and in the whirlpool to provide just a little more hop character, resulting in our favorite Keller Pilsner batch yet!

Neither much of a keller nor much of a pilsner. Obviously unfiltered.
I think they're trying to bring the unfiltered gimmick to bear on lagers without delving into IPL territory or actually adhering to tradition. The result is a confused beer that's overhopped and has sort of a stale lime taste.
If you don't filter it, it ain't a pilsner, and if it ain't unbunged, it ain't a keller.
Drinkable but wanting. I hoped for better from one of Colorado's best breweries. Not bad for what it is, but I wouldn't buy another 4 pack especially at Weldwerk's prices - and this is one of their cheaper brews.

16oz can. 8/1/18 canned date. Appearance: Pale straw yellow, cloudy, with a moderate white foam head and decent lacing.
Aroma: Cracker like maltiness with a light spicy hoppiness
Taste: Light crackery malt sweetness with a moderately strong spicy, herbal bitterness.
Mouthfeel: Moderate body, definitely heavier than typical pils, with a crisp carbonation.
Finish: Lingering breadiness with some spicy bitterness
Overall: Really smooth keller pils with a heavier, silky body. Wonderfully balanced that cracker maltiness against the spicy noble hop character. Very drinkable
