L:. Pours a hazy yellowish orange with a small white head and no lacing on the glass.
S:. Strong note of white wine grapes orange and lemon peel. Some champagne.
T:. Orange and white win grapes mix to make a sweet but slightly tart taste, similar to a mimosa, with light hint of oak.
F:. Creamy smooth and quite easy drinking.
O:. Overall, very unique beer, that is quite reminiscent of a mimosa.

Smells almost like a mimosa, oranges, champagne, white wine, white grapes, mild oak and hops. Taste brings intense fresh grape must, grape flesh, Chardonnay grapes, mimosa, white wine, oranges, white grapefruit, lemon, some faint doughiness, with a hint of oak.
