Mint Chocolate Achromatic is our homage to everything we love about the holidays. We boil this 9.7% ABV Imperial Stout base for 6 hours and add milk sugar to achieve the luscious, creamy mouthfeel. Then we age the beer on mint, cacao nibs, and milk chocolate to produce a rich, decadent dessert beer that evokes the best parts of days past.

L:. Pours a thick black color with a small tan head that dissipates rather quickly and leaves no lacing on the glass.
S:. Mint chocolate, sweet cream, chocolate chip, a touch of vanilla. Very reminiscent of mint chocolate chip ice cream.
T:. Mint chocolate, sweet cream, chocolate chip, some vanilla. As in the aroma reminds me a lot of mint chocolate chip ice cream.
F:. Thick mouthfeel, medium full body.
O:. This is a nice dessert beer, especially if you like mint chocolate chip ice cream.
