One of our most exciting IPA experiments in the past year, Apollo's Sun features the brand new Experimental Hop #06297 (an offspring of the Apollo hop...Apollo's "Son"...get it?? HA!), along with El Dorado. The tasting notes on this one are truly unique, featuring everything from the expected citrus/tropical flavors to candied tangerine to lemongrass and even vanilla. It's easily one of our favorite recent IPA's and we hope you feel the same!
