Appearance: typical WW's NE IPA. Baby yellow with a hue of tan. Totally opaque with haze.
Aroma: fuzzy apricot with a hint of coconut and orange juice, no doubt from the Sabro hops. As the beer warms, the coconut transitions to vanilla, which when combined with the orange juice resembles a creamsicle.
Flavor: the creamsicle from the nose carries through to the flavor: creamsicle (orang and vanilla) and hops.
Mouthfeel: medium-medium - very easy drinking @ 8.1%. You could drink several without being weighed down.
Overall: damn tasty, but I venture to say this would be better without the Sabro hops or another hop cultivar in its place.
