Hot Sauce Barrel Aged Taco Gose

We used over 600lbs of fire roasted tomatoes, sea salt, chili powder, paprika, oregano, onion powder, garlic powder, and cumin to perfectly recreate the flavor and aroma of street tacos. We took things a step further by partnering with the geniuses at Horsetooth Hot Sauce to create a completely unique hot sauce aged for an extended amount of time in a freshly emptied Medianoche barrel. We then aged our Taco Gose in the hot sauce barrel (formerly a Medianoche barrel, also formerly a bourbon barrel)
