Cereal Milk India Pale Ale brewed with Vietnamese Cinnamon, Marshmallow, Milk Sugar, Madagascar Vanilla and Mosaic + Strata hops.

L:. Pours a hazy grapefruit juice yellow orange, with a rocky foamy white head that dissipates fairly quickly and leaves thick lacing around the glass.
S:. Lots of sweet lactose, mixes with a bit of tropical hops and a light touch of cinnamon. The lactose is a lot stronger than everything else and the aroma really isn't that interesting.
T:. Lots and lots of lactose, a touch of marshmallow and light vanilla, the cinnamon is barely there. Honestly they nailed the cereal milk part but missed on every part of the cinnamon crunch.
F:. Smooth creamy body, quite a bit of acid on it.
