Poured from an undated 16 oz. can: bright and clear golden hue with a very large, foamy white head that slowly receded leaving some nice lacing. One of the most attractive pours in quite some time.
Faint ozone with hints of citrus and spicy hops.
At only 4.0 % ABV, this one has a very good flavor profile with a solid malty flavor with perfect hop bitterness to complement and balance everything. It is a little husky in the aftertaste with a mild lingering bitterness. While not hugely complex, it is refreshing and quaffable. It is odd that this beer is not mentioned on the brewery's website. On an internet search, there is an indication that this beer is brewed with rice. It is perfect for hot, Florida summers.
