Dusty rose color with a scant short lived pink head. Earthy berry notes, earthy funk, smoky, berry skin. Moderate body and carbonation. Unique and enjoyable.

750 mL bottle. Deep red. Smells a little smokey, deep earthy berries, green and vegetal. Tastes very vegetal. Smoke is less prominent, but deep earthy berry dominates. Dried grass, but not much else by way of lambic comes through. Dry and tannic. A little rough.

On tap at Moeder Lambic, the night be Zwanze Day. Ariona berries or chokeberries with high astringency seems very promising for a lambic fruit. Color is a cranberry red, not as dark as say St Lam. Very enjoyable and tasty, but it tastes a bit young in terms of developing funk. Still a fun one to drink. Recommend if you see it.
