In November 2019, Brewery Cantillon partnered with Brews for New Avenues to create a unique blend. The result is a mix of equal parts one, two, and three years old Lambic with the third year being aged on Cognac barrels. 100% of the proceeds go to New Avenues for Youth to help homeless and at-risk youth.

750 mL bottle. Clear golden. Smells a little buttery with some white wine. Oak and light citrus. Tastes of white wine and citrus. Still a little buttery in a winey kinda way. Lots of oak. Dried grass. Medium carbonation. Delicious.

Tap pour- lots of cognac, vanilla, and oak. Citrus, earthy/dirty. Strong barrel presence.
Bottle - Very similar to draft, but softer, smooth, and a bit more refined/rounded out. So much cognac/barrel.

Bottle pour.
Really rich cognac character, fruity, complementing the funk well. Mildly nutty with honey, oxidized sherry. Lovely funk - earth, mild mushroom. Soft, creamy mouthfeel, mild acidity. Harmonious integration. This has the potential to be insane in a couple of years with a little more funk.
