Bottle consumed 04/2022. Awesome whiskey flavor, scotch forward with a nice peat note. Light char, light smoke. Melon and stone fruit. A bit tropical. Awesome combo between barrels and lambic.

Bottle pour at O&G
Very funky and woody with whisky notes in the back. Mushroom, earth, red wine with sharp acidity. Lots of wood with vanillin and tannins potent and prominent.
