On tap at the brewpub. Pours a hazy golden color with a small head that fades quickly. Aroma is slightly muted with ginger, saffron, hint of yeast and malt. Taste of saffron, ginger light malt sweetness and trace of citrus. Some tartness with a fairly dry finish. Moderate body, quite clean and smooth.

Pours a cloudy maize color. 1/4 inch head of an off-white color. Slight retention and slight lacing. Smells of saffron, slight ginger, slight pale malt, and lime. Fits the style of a Saison/Farmhouse Ale. Mouth feel is smooth and clean, with an average carbonation level. There is an elevated dryness. Tastes of saffron, slight ginger, slight pale malt, hint of sweet malt, hint of alcohol, and lime. Overall, weak appearance and muted aroma, but better feel, body, and blend.
