Pours a peachy yellow color beer with 1/5" white head that doesn't leave much to be retained. Aroma had some spice rack, I suspect that is the yeast and not actual clove being added.
Taste, more of the belgian yeast, winter wheat and peach going on. I liked the peach but it was competing heavily with some of the yeast and a little bit of bitterness I couldn't fully put my finger on, this didn't seem to be excessively hopped or anything. Alcohol does seem a little bit pronounced, not much in terms of absorbtion wheat wise I guess to provide much cover for the booziness. Carbonation seems on point. I'd try it again, I believe this was poured at a festival based on my notes, so you never know what was affecting the palate before hand.
