Bottle share, pale golden, flat pour. Forward tart aroma. Taste too is all about the tartness, Brett. Light fruity notes kick in late. Tart first, then sweet.

Appearance: Great appearance with golden body, crisp carbonated bubbles in the foam
Aroma: HEAVY apple cider vinegar, I cant stress this characteristic enough, classic soy sauce aroma.
Taste: apple cider vinegar on the front end, with moderate sour qualities, mango, apricot and other fruity esters in the middle as the apple cider vinegar taste died down.
mouthfeel: good carbonation, nothing out of the ordinary or unexpected
Aftertaste: After the fruit taste died down I was left with a lingering vinegar taste. wasn't great.
Overall: a little disappointed with this beer. I love sours and was looking forward to this beer, but the apple cider taste just overpowered everything and I didn't get an ounce of bret characteristics
