Here I go again, back on my bullshit, writing reviews for the beer I just added to the database.
Pours a slightly hazy/cloudy golden yellow. Ample 4/5" white head. The aroma is lacking a hop character of positive dimensions. The commercial tug job boasts about hops, but there isn't much information or substantiation.
The taste was pretty mundane. A high degree of wheat and oats here. Lacked the degree of hop bitterness I would want, even in a hazy kind of beer situation like this. Also lacked hop flavor. It smacks of trying to make a hazy blonde ale frankly. There weren't off or bad flavors, it was just one of those mild beers without much character (you can make mild beers that hit the spot). This was mildly enjoyable, and given that it was only a single can investment, I'm not disappointed or anything.
This brewery has always struggled with their hoppy beers. Makes you wish you could go back to the days when they allegedly were selling Sculpin IPA as if it was their own.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
