This beer pours a light golden color. Minimal white head when poured from the tap. Fairly murky.
The nose has a sweet floral aroma to it.
Taste very floral. Somewhat wild tasting. Sight hops.
The body is lighter and slightly watery, but not overly so.
Easy drinking beer. It would be amazing on a hot sunny day.

L: A brilliant brassy gold beverage fills the glass, permeated with streams of rapidly rising bubbles and capped by a white lacy 1.5' rocky foam collar with fair retention
S: has a mild Belgian yeast aroma seasoned with spice, light citrus, orange peel and coriander
T: Belgian yeast flavors lead the charge supported by orange, citrus and spice and a soft, woodsy hop finish. It starts mildly sweet but dries by the finish with a dab of astringent spice
F: creamy and soft with above average carbonation and a little below medium body
O: a pleasant and very drinkable beer but more of a Belgian Ale with some wit spices added than a wit.

Look: clear gold. Very small head that disappears within seconds. Aroma: coriander, cardamom, orange, wheaty tang underneath. All quite nice. Taste: more towards the cardamom (which I like), some coriander, a bit of orange, the wheat and yeast are mostly covered up yet it retains balance. Feel: on the lighter end of medium bodied, lacks the chewy texture that is desirable for the style. Comments: It's nice to see a brewer using cardamom in their witbier. I've actually had more than a few craft brewers tell me they would never consider spicing their wits with it, but I've always thought it complimented the coriander and orange peel really well.

L-Cloudy, hazy golden with light white lacing and head
S-Wheaty...light oranges....even lighter spices
T-Taste is wheaty and creamy.....light orange impression...spices are real light
F-Feels about right body and carbonation wise.
O-Very serviceable whit than showcases the wheat more than artificial flavors (Blue Moon). I don't mind Blue Moon either so that is not a shot but just a way to distinguish the two. I'd prefer this most days for sessioning in the sun. Not an all-time great but solid enough.

has a putrid colour about it... and almost no head. Subtle spice smells not as strong as i would be use to with a wit ale. The taste is a 'lil redeeming with flavours of lemongrass nutmeg clove and wheat. This ale has a very sessionable crisp feel... and refreshing! Because of the taste and feel of this beer, and because the look of a beer matters little to me I would say over all I like this beer... I do wish it had a more full aroma to it, but when it comes down to it, this beer is refreshing and that can be very important if that is one desires most at the time.

This is an average of the road wit. Pretty dirty. Flavor is muted decent wit but not worth seeking out. Serviceable at best.

Poured on-tap into shaker pint glass.
A: Pours a nice hazy yellow-orange hue with 1/2 inch white head that quickly settles into a thin skim fed by moderate carbonation.
S: Banana and clove, Belgian yeast, and a hint of citrus.
T: Follows aroma but with more Belgian yeast presence.
M: Soft and smooth (nice wheat element). Light body. Mild effervescence.
D: A nice offering and better than I was expecting. Good for style and pleasantly refreshing.

at the tap room
hazy tangerine orange color with big head but skimmed off, s and t: grainy yeasty but not really very distinct on the nose; taste is better -- coriander, bubblegum, cardamom, wheat, very refreshing. M: this is the best part…quite satisfying, nice development of flavors, ends with a nice sloppy wheaty spicy kiss of flavor…not snappy, but still coherent and flavorful.
