A - Poured out a copper color with a one-finger, off-white head of foam. It left some sudsy trails of lace.
S - It smelled of bacon and other smoked meats. Some caramel, too.
T - It tasted fairly smokey, but not overdone. There was just a touch of sweet caramel.
M - It was crisp, sharp and smooth. A medium bodied ale.
O - This is a nice smoked beer at Voyageur.
