Poured on nitro tap into shaker pint glass at the brewery.
A: Pours a nice black hue with 1-2 inch tan thick nitro head with excellent retention.
S: Milk chocolate, coffee with cream, vanilla, and roasted malt.
T: Creamy milk chocolate, light roast coffee, vanilla, and roasted malt. Follows aroma fairly closely.
M: Light medium body. Super creamy nitro feel. Darkly sweet. Roasty bitterness. Lingers nicely on the palate.
D: Nicely sessionable brew. Nitro adds a nice extra element on top of a good base beer.

On nitro at Voyageur. Poured a jet-black color with a large, foamy, bubbly nitro head of khaki foam. It left sudsy sheets of lace down the entire glass. It smelled of chocolate, toffee, caramel and vanilla. Sweet chocolate taste with creaminess, caramel and some toffee.
