Had this on 2018-08-26 in Columbia, PA from a 16oz canned on 2017-12-04
A - Hazy golden-orange with a 2-finger white head and good lace.
S - Lots of melon. Cracker, orange candy, floral. Grassy and herbal but not dank. Sweet and inviting.
T - Sourdough wheat bread with apricot and orange jam with a slice of honeydew melon on the side. Spices are vegetal, herbal and white pepper. Mild bitterness for an IPA.
M - Medium body and light-medium carbonation. It's on the soft side.
O - Obviously I'm having this quite past-prime for a well-hopped IPA but it has held up well with no off flavors. First time having a Folksbier brew and I wouldn't hesitate to try their beers again.
