Served on tap in an 8 oz (237 ml) fluted goblet at Good Beer NYC.
A: Pours a cloudy, strawberry red color with a two finger, purple-pink head, excellent retention and lacing.
S: Fruity and floral. Aromas of cherry and lime definitely, but also a bit of caramel and honeysuckle.
T: Semidry to dry, tangy and tart. Cherry flavor predominates with a very smooth and tart lime citrusiness. Bitterness not such in evident, exception perhaps as a mild white peppery after presence.
M: Light to medium bodied with light to medium effervescence.
O: I really appreciate the dry fruitiness. Drinkable, refreshing and fun.
