Pours a cloudy and hazy yellow to burnt straw color. Carbonation is visible and very fizzy looking. A fingernail length head briefly retains and then dissipates.
The nose emits tartness. Aromas of cucumber, lime, lemon, sourdough and wheat bread and a hint of grass.
Moderately tart and sour with lots of cucumber and lime zest flavors. Notes of wheat bread, sourdough, peppery spice, grass and lemon.
Light bodied with a dry palate, and modestly acidic yet smooth mouthfeel. The finish is dry and tart. The carbonation is moderate to lively.
Very nice, very refreshing and a good representation of the style. The cucumber and lime addition added a nice touch. I would have again.

A: The beer is rather hazy and somewhat darkish yellow in color and with a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a short white head that quickly settled down, leaving just a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of cucumbers are present in the nose along with hints of lime.
T: The taste follows the smell and has moderate to strong flavors of cucumbers along with hints of lime. There is a light to moderate amount of sourness.
M: It feels light-bodied and somewhat tart on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is very cucumber-forward, making it unique as there aren't that many cucumber beers available. It is very easy to drink.
