This one pours a thin-looking clear yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like zesty yuzu, lemon peel, and grassiness.
This is fairly simple, but well done nonetheless. The yuzu is definitely there, but it's not a citrus bomb by any means - it melds well with the lemony and sparkling feel of the base berliner. There's a touch of grassy bitterness and funk, but nothing crazy. It works for me.
This is light bodied, sparkling, light, and thin, and very drinkable.
This whole series has been fairly lightweight but still quite delicious.

A: The beer is relatively clear yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a thin collar of white bubbles around the edge of the glass and some specks of lacing on the surface.
S: Moderate to strong flavors of yuzu fruit are present in the nose.
T: The taste has strong flavors of yuzu fruit with a moderate amount of sourness and hints of saltiness.
M: It feels a bit more than light-bodied and somewhat tart on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: The smell and taste of this beer is all about the yuzu fruit. I really enjoyed it and found it to be particularly refreshing and even thirst quenching.
