Muddy Beagle is a recipe developed by David Green who is part of GTA Brews homebrew club and proud owner of a beagle named Ralph. After moving to Canada from England he found that he missed some of the traditional beers that he used to get back home, so he decided to look into brewing some himself. After submitting his ESB to The Peoples Pint event, we offered David a chance to brew his stellar ESB at Muddy York Brewing and hence Muddy Beagle was born.
