Not really getting a lot of honey here at first. It's very earthy overall. But the honey does show up at the end. Carbonation is really very, very aggressive. Way too much. This is a nice enough saison. Very earthy, as I said. One and done for me though. It's a decent enough brew, but not inspiring me as I would hope. Seems to be missing something.
