I got a can of this from the brewery when I visited it sometime ago. It poured a hazy amber with thin white head that is leaving some lace. The scent had pine resin notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with sweet malt at the start followed by pine and slight bitter citrus. The mouthfeel was medium in body with good carbonation. Overall its a good beer.

Pours a lightly murky golden straw color with a smaller white head even from an aggressive pour. Some light lace left on the glass.

Aroma is nice bright pine, mango, tangerine with some light earthy grass, malt base seems light or is just over power by the hops. Nice west coast nose.

Taste is like the nose but more bitter less fruity more grapefruit rind, pine needles and some grassy notes. Malt is also subdued in the taste just adding enough sweetness to hold the hops. Not a bad IPA but not a great double need more malt or more hops.

Mouthfeel is lighter medium with about average carbonation.

Overall a decent beer good nose, not bad tste, would probably try again if I saw it on draft somewhere.

Poured into a pint glass at the source. A moderately hazy golden-straw color with a frothy white head. Decent retention which left nice tracks in the glass. Bright aromas of grapefruit, oranges, faint pine and earthy notes, and white bread. The taste was reminiscent of a classic West Coast IPA - bracingly bitter with big citrus, earth, and resiny tones. Very well-balanced with a restrained malt backbone. A great beer.
