A light-bodied farmhouse ale brewed with Pilsner, wheat, unmalted wheat, and acidulated malt, and then lightly hopped with aged McGrath hops and fermented with our house saison yeast. Hibiscus flowers are added after fermentation, which creates a beautiful pink color and slight tartness.
