Copenhagen 23/2 2020. 44 cl can from Beerlivery web-shop. Big pink globe with some 1980-style airbrush background on the can.
Pours murky, orange-brown with a small pink-tinged head. Fairly stable. Settles as thin, patchy layer of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium-intense with a sour-sweet odor of berries - avoiding any artificial vibe. Light sweetness from the raspberries mingling with tart, unripe sourness.
Light carbonation. Thin, oily almost flat texture.
Flavor is lightly sweet followed by a stronger tart sourness. Aftertaste is sour and a bit acidic. Lingers for a bit. A little bit thin. Finish is dry.
Fine, fresh and fruity. Not too sweet and fairly natural. But a bit flat.
