Easy drinking West Coast Pilsner, bursting with bubblegum & pomelo flavours and a crispy bitterness. Hops: Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic & Simcoe. Made in collaboration with White Labs Copenhagen.

Copenhagen 6/5 2025. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Light blue can with a splotchy hand reaching out. Definitely pretty messy.
Pours almost clear yellow with a big white head. Stable. Settles as a 4 cm thick crown of foam completely obscuring the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with a citric scent. Sweet pale malts, citrus and lemon. Freshly mown grass. Fresh and crisp.
Rather strong carbonation. Slightly think, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Fresh and crisp take on a hoppy Pilsner.
