Copenhagen 6/1 2022. 44 cl can from Beerlivery web-shop. A light green fading into white can with a green plum.
Pours opaque, murky amber with a big white head. Settles as thin layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Crawling up the side of the glass.
Aroma is moderately intense with a sweet, fruity fermented odor mingling tart, sour, funky, farmyard scent. Sweet fermented plum. Sour farmyard cheese. Notes of licorice.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by stronger tart sourness. Aftertaste is tart and sour with a light sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Fine, sharp and dry Saison with a solid barnyard touch.
