Pours a fairly clear yellow with fine head.
Smell is crisp, crackery and peppery. Notes of gooseberries, citrus, Saltines and grapes.
Taste is crisp and crackery with peppery and fruity hints. Notes of gooseberries, knäckebröd, citrus, grapes and some melon. Moderate bitterness.
Mouthfeel is medium, a bit creamy and well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice crisp west coast pilsner.
