This one-off has a traditional saison taste to me. it is dry, a bit spicy and not brewed with wheat. Flavour contains some light fruits with white pepper. I believe there is some brett used, though it does not obviously come through. A nice, solid, straight-forward saison, which are surprisingly hard to come by in Ontario!
