Purchased as a 500ml bottle from the brewpub delivery service.
Colour: Clear Straw Gold
Nose: Light and yeasty with some soft lemon cake and rye toast
Palate: Light and modestly carbonated with soft baked cereals, yeasty puff pastry, lemon peel and orange rind
Finish: Light and clean with soft lemon yeast, sweet pineapple, heather honey and soft peaches
Overall, a pretty refreshing saison for the price! I'd probably buy this again if I'm not looking for something overbearing but for full bodied farmhouse ale drinkers it's a bit lacking.
