Saison is one of my favourite styles...but not sour. Brett would be nice, I like funk, but not this style.
The pour was kind of a giveaway, as my kind of farmhouse ale pours with a large, retaining head. The head here pretty well dissipates.
The nose is quite sour. There is also a bit of Brett.
The taste is sour, tart, name your adjective.
Decent, just not my preference.
